Don’t have PD16 but have PD15 and PD17. Created a test and there seem to be a problem with the supplied red png image and the two red color boards used. The RGB values of the color boards match their names on the timeline of PD17. Produce the above as a video and see that the RGB values no long match that on the timeline. Differences of the four images are 14,16,-2, 14,14,-3, 8,22,-3, 16,17,-1. It seems like the Green is creeping up in the image and the two color boards.

Believe that you need to report this to Cyberlink support unless a user in this PD forums know the reason for this discrepancy.
Hi Tomasc, I really appreciate your help and especially the example video.
It seems to be a general problem when converting a video image. I found out that it is not only in CP16, but also occurs in other online video editors or converters.
I did the test, both on CP16 and on another online platform.

Hi everyone, I am using Cyberlink PowerDirector 16 and I am having color problems when exporting the final video (production).
I am making a multi-image video in .PNG format, however at the time of producing the video (once you give me the .MP4 file) the original color of the images is lost.
I exported the video in various formats and quality: AVI, H.264AVC, Windows Media, XAVC S ... but it still loses color.
During video editing the colors remain the same as the original, but when opening the final file in .MP4 / .WMV the colors lose intensity.
Why does that happen?
The red color looks lighter, somewhat orange.
I hope you can help me.
