Yes, Playback works & everything else works.
But the "Rip Button" is Blue & when I click on it,
nothing happens.

I have used Power DVD for more than 10 years.
I upgraded to Power DVD 20 Ultra in June, 2020
& it worked great for about 5 months with
Windos 10, Desktop:
MSI Z270 (Gaming) Motherboard
I7 7700 -3.6GHZ Processor
64GB DDR Memory
Pioneer BDR-XD05S 3.0 Blue Ray Player Burner

I have "Ripped" about 300 CDS so far without
any problems.

When I insert a cd to "Rip", the Rip features does not appear.
The Rip CD Button is Blank & cannot be selected.
