How do i add a background image in power2go?

I ahve seen a post which says click on the globe? I have looked everywhere for this 'globe' but cannot find it

I am on version platinum 13.0.0718

URGENT

I need to reinstall all my apps due to a laptop failure.

When i log in to my account and select digital copy it only shows updates to the apps not the original install files.

Where do i find the install files?
