Hi

I have recently purchased the PD IOS app, when I go to music and sound clips I get a error message saying "cannot connect to server, check your connection" I am definitely connected to the outside world...

I have tried reinstalling, restarting the iPad and still i get the same error message. Can this be resolved, have i missed something somewhere to enable this function?

thanks

Chris
Hi,

I have installed the IOS app and was wondering if it is possible to save the project file outside of the app (OneDrive or other)? If so can the project files be opened in PD365 because I generally use my iPad for initial editing, pulling together the video and then finishing in the main desktop application on a Windows PC.

thanks

Chris
Quote Yes. I've been using PD on my i7 Surface Pro 3 for the past 4 years. It's not my main editing machine but it works well with the HD 60p clips I usually worked with.

many thanks, that’s answered my question, thanks for taking the time to respond.

cool
Hi

I have generally been a Mac / iPad user, but have started back with Windows and Power Director for video editing, Has anyone used PD365 or earlier versions on a surface pro or other surface product, if so, what spec

or can you recommend a smaller more mobile windows laptop

I need something mobile, current laptop is a gaming MSI laptop and heavy to carry around

thanks

Chris
