Specific color filters are sometimes used when shooting B&W to increase contrast, emphasize certain colors (like darken the blue in the sky) and similar tweaks to the image "in camera." I use color filters when shooting B&W film, and in my mirrorless camera (Lumix G85) I can actually enable "electronic color filters" when shooting in B&W modes (beats carrying around actual glass filters/step-up rings to put on the lens!).

But I know that in some other photo editing products there is a way to emulate the effect of using color filters on the lens/in camera, as part of post-processing for B&W final images.

I'm not certain how to do this in PhotoDirector accurately.

Could someone please send me the process?
