Problem solved thanks to Customer Support
Great prompt service
Sorry its taken so long to reply to you both

I have once again purchase even better quality discs but same problem. Surely someone else int he many thousands who have bought this product have had the same happen to them... argh... Frustrating..

Yep, the files are unprotected. I have even burned them onto existing discs to discount this.

When I look in Power2Go settings/info it states that it supports all the discs I have been trying to use AND successfully used with my previous version.

So where to next?
I really appreciate all your input

Cheers
Wendy
I upgraded from the trial version of Power2go10
I had previously used Version 6 I think but thought I'd try out 10.
I paid in Australian dollars. That's the price that came up on the Cyberlink site when I upgraded
I have since tried to reinstall 6 (after removing 10) but it comes up with an error and wont do it..

Thanks for the tip about email and key etc
I have removed them

And yes I have tried RW discs too..
Same problem....
I have looked at the settings in 10 when creating a new disc AND looked at the settings when appending to a disc (created in previous version) but I can't see amy difference whatsoever

ANy other suggestions?
I don't have any other burning software installed that may cause any friction

I have attached screen shot of the error

Cheers
Wendy
G'day Steve

Thanks for your prompt reply
And the link

The discs I am using are the same as I have always used, however I did buy some higher quality ones just to test your theory. The result was the same.

I have also tried burning at a lower speed, but no difference
Also my drivers are definitely uptodate

I am posting the log of a successful disc which is adding data to a disc created with my previous version
I thought you may be able to see what the difference is between it and the unsuccessful log

Hope this helps
I just paid $75 for this version and I can't use it..

Cheers
Wendy

I have been sing Power2Go for years and never had a problem...
Until recently when I ungraded to Version 10

I can't create any new data discs..
I can append to discs I created with the previous version though
Nothing has changed as far as my discs are concerned
Same disc, same quality etc

The following is the data log that comes up with the error
