Hello again,
Seems I explained badly , really I transfer the video files from camcorder to laptop hard drive, but when I open the Power Director 10 , and select the option "capture" , the PD10 gets / opens the video files but without sound, but showing before the message " the Doby Digital is not supported ".
I´m not a expert on that , but times ago ( I bougth the camcorder on 2006 , JVC GZ-MG505 ) I used POwer Director , I suppose versión 5 , and no issues founded.
Maybe , PD10 needs any update , I don´t know...

Hello,
Lastly I have bought a laptop with PD10 pre-installed. Just to inform I have a JVC video recorder which generates MOD files. When I try to capture those files , PD10 shows me a message that the dolby digital is not supported, and PD10 captures the video files without sound.
What shoudl I do?
