what worked for me is going to settings > audio > current settings and it worked for me.

i had in 2 speakers for some reason and cause of that the player kept telling my mp3 files are not supported
what i did is went to settings > audio and then current settings, i had in 2 speakers and when i tried to play any mp3 file it said format not supported and then i made the change and everything back to normal
