Nothing. does the same thing as before. It's bizarre. Thanks for the reply though. I do appreciate any help I can get

Just upgraded from powerdvd10ultra to 11 ultra upgrade version.

Installed pdvd11 and then clicked to launch the program. nothing. The program shows up in the taskbar menu but I cannot actually use the program. I have tried to reinstall everything(everything to the default directories) and it still does the same thing.

If I reinstall only powerdvd10. everything works. only when applying the 11ultra upgrade does powerdvd fail to launch.

Suggestions? Please help!
