Constantly having to re sign into DirectZone in same session. Happens on all devices, Pc, IPad or Android Phone. Having to re activate continually. I am a subscribed member of Director Suite 365. All devices allow cookies.

Hello Prestob99,

I've certainly encountered occasional (similar) issues on DirectorZone, but they're not consistent.

When you sign in do you have the "Remember Me" option checked?

Yes I have ticked the box remember me, unfortunately continues to happen.
