Clicking on Transition Room Crashes Program - Every Time

Title says it all - more than one file. Just trying to access the transition room gets a crash, and then one of those small white popup windows: "Tell us what you were doing when it crashed." So far Cyberlink will have gotten four of these messages from me.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a bug being worked on?

If you're seeing this on multiple projects, then it seems like something's gone wrong with your PD installation or with your computer. The quickest way to check your PC is to run the 2 commands shown in bold in this post.

If you're running PD365, make sure you have the latest version (20.4.2829). If not, get the latest version from the CL App Manager. If you're running PD20, make sure you install the latest patch (Build 2607) from this page.

You may also need to update your video driver. Please see the Read Me Before Posting guide to create the DxDiag file and attach it here if you need more assistance.
