How to find the motion tracking tool

I subscribed for PowerDirector 365 and I'm trying to find the motion tracking feature. I've googled it and they all say to find the "Tools" menu item which I do not have. How can i find it?

There will not be a Tools menu unless you place a video clip on the timeline from the media library as shown in the above video. You also then have to highlight the video clip that you placed on the timeline in order to see the Tools menu. Let us know if you do any of that yet.
