Before reinstalling, I cleared the history and cashe on my computer and deleted the privious install. The went through the recommended download links, I opened the software and it gives me this prompt to try it for free or purchase the software Which I have already paid for.
Can someone help me out with this. I purchased the software on 1/8/22 and I have not been able to use it.
