power director 365 install issues on MacBook

I purchased PowerDirector 365 annual payment. I received the link to download the software. I installed the software and its asking me to try it for free or purchase the software. I have received some help but I'm still experiencing the same problems.
Before reinstalling, I cleared the history and cashe on my computer and deleted the privious install. The went through the recommended download links, I opened the software and it gives me this prompt to try it for free or purchase the software Which I have already paid for.

Can someone help me out with this. I purchased the software on 1/8/22 and I have not been able to use it.
