Does Photo Dir have something similar (maybe less obvious) to Photoshop luminosity channels? I'm trying photoshop for features like that. But, I have to say having to use lightroom, bridge and photoshop has a fairly steep learning curve. I have used Photo Director for years and it seems so much easier to work with. My online teacher uses the Adobe products with much thought out workflows. I have been able to extrapolate some presets etc. he uses in PS to Photo Dir which have been helpful.

Besides answering my question, I'd be interested in any thoughts about the strengths and weaknesses between the two programs. It seems like adding masks in Photo Dir is a light easier, maybe not as sophisticated.

Thank you!
