PowerDVD 21 has a bug showing subtitle encoded on UTF-8

Imported File Settings:
Encoding: English (Latin Languages)
After change this option to Unicode (UTF-

it changes back to English (Latin Languages)

I edited the files using Notepad++ and change it to UTF-8 BOM, now its working fine.
