Produce video length different to timeline length?

Im new to this but i hope someone can assist....
i created a video approx 21mins long.. however when i hit produce the video is only showing 12 mins and is short on the preview window. i noticed this because when i uploaded to youtube the video upload was cut short? i hope someone can help.

i tried to restart the software but still does it.

Many prefer to output the video in MP4 (p) and save to HD, then upload to Youtube.
If you're new to Youtube, make sure you've turned on uploading long videos over 15 minutes.

We'd need a lot more info to help. It sounds like you produced the clip and then uplkoaded it to YT. What happens when you play the clip in VLC, Windows Media Player or the Win10 Movies & TV app? Does it contain all your project's content and does it play for the full length?

Maybe share a screenshot of your entire timeline so we can see how things are set up. Use Alt+Print Screen or the Windows snipping tool (Win+Shift+S) then save the image as PNG or JPG. Click on the Attachments button below the forum's text box to upload and share it here.

Also share a screenshot of the Produce page settings.

ive looked and the upload is enabled
