How can I reset my activation?

Hello

I use PD18 Ultra volume license and installed my desktop, laptop.

Recently, I changed my laptop and try to install PD18 but activation failed and showing this message.

"CyberLink PowerDirector has not been activated because too many of the product keys you entered were used for activation. Purchase a new product key from the CyberLink online store or contact CyberLink Customer Support for assistance."

So I want to reset activated all my devices. How can I do?
