Hello everyone, i ran advisor and it does say my computer doesnt support 4k uhd playback. I dont know wheather to trust that conclusion or not because adivsor doesnt even detect that i have cyberlink pwerdvd 20 installed on my pc.

It does however say i pass for regular blu-ray 1080p, but when i attempt to play one i get a message saying my gpu isnt good enough

The Error code i receive when atempting to play my 4k uhd disc (1917) is 01003.

Im using a external 4k uhd optical drive (Archgon MD-8107)

Powerdvd is updated to latest verision and so is my gpu

You present a good argument. You need to contact Cyberlink technical support with the same information and maybe a link to this thread. They may suggest that you update the relevant intel drivers. They are the best source to help solve this problem.
