Hi,

I upgraded from PowerDVD Ultra 19 to Ultra 20. After the upgrade all movies needed to be reindexed.

The stranges thing is happening is that the name of the movie has been change from English to Korean or even Chinese

For example the movie Palm Springs should have name: Palm Springs

but is has something like this :棕櫚泉

This was not the case in version 19 but is now in version 20

I tried change the Movie info but it is also in Chinese and I can not delete the info or change it.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks

What's your language settings of powerdvd program layout?

Have you updated powerdvd to the latest version using the patches?

The language settings of PowerDVD layout is English.

After the upgrade I got a notification that there was a new patch. I downloaded it and have installed before using PowerDVD Ultra 20.

Btw not all movies names are in Chinese, just a few.
