I installed the Untra HD Blu-ray Advisor and it tests fine on the Blu-ray disc test; however, the UltraHD Blu-ray test fails with the message: Unable to continue. Please connect to the Internet andthen try again.

The image on the test also shows a shield (like Windows security).
I have also tried running as administrator and the same issue.

What could be wrong?

The UHD Advisor requires access to the Internet to check for UHD BD compatibility, but not for BD compatibility. So please check if any anitvirus or firewall software has blocked the advisor. Try turning off the protection temporarily to see if you can get the advisor to connect.
