No 21:9?

Hi, I was looking forward to PD19 hoping for new ratios, particularly 21:9. But there is still no way to use that ratio?

There are several ways to get a 21:9 (or any other) aspect ratio even when PD doesn't natively support it. Here's one way, and it can also be done using VLC or Handbrake. Search the forum if needed for more info on those approaches.

Thank you, I'll check it out, I was hoping for an official way to do it without all those extra steps, 21:9 is getting more important after all.. And PD is suposed to be a top of the line editor..

The best way to let Cyberlink know that you'd like to see this feature is to use rate Us & Provide Suggestions under PD's File menu. WIth the subscription version, it's possible that they could add that to one of their semi-monthly updates, so no waiting for PD20

Well it turns out that waiting for PD20 actually was the answer. There are now 7 supported project ARs to choose from:

This is great news for a lot of people, and the only other option I can think of would be to allow any pixel size/aspect ratio to be specified for each project rather than to remain limited to a set list. I think that would settle the issue completely!
