I have the gear 360 version of actiondirector. I would like to be able to:

spin or rotate the 360 video so I control the focus
Have 2D titles that are much easier to get into the middle of the screen
strip out the audio and put in my own
have more precise editing

Are there plugins or something I can get that would make my 360 video slowly spin while the viewer watched?
Can i write plugins? How do I do that?

I am in Toronto Canada

Thre are several topics about this in the PowerDirector forum, but basically it comes down to the fact that viewers always have the ability to change the point of view in 360 degree videos, so there's no way to be sure that people are watching what you've tried to put in front of them.

You can try splitting the clip into several sections and set the starting view where you want each section to point, but the only way to be sure your audience sees what you want them to see would be to produce a standard video from the 360 footage. You can then use keyframes and place titles, etc. exactly where you want them to be.
