PowerProducer 6 hangs or crashes on startup.

When I try to launch PowerProducer 6 it just hangs or it crashes immidiately. All the other software works just fine.

Event Viewer shows (although unhelpful):

Have reinstalled
Run as Administrator
Windows 10 1909 = OS
I'm on the latest patch as well.
Tried running in SafeMode

I solved this by updating to version 7521 and updating intel graphics drivers.

I obtained solution from cyberlink support team.
