Error with Powerdirector 13 when instaling dowwnloads

Hi There

Everytime a try download an effect from Director Zone and try open it on Powerdirector 13 I get the message in image 2. In Image 1 it says it is compatibale in Powerdirector 13, can anyone help?

The error message isn't related to which version is installed - it's only telling you that you can't run more than one instance of PD at the same time. Rebooting should clear that up.

I am puzzled that it mentions PD14 if you actually have PD13 installed, though.

I see that you downloaded this particle. If you choose to run/open it directly from the browser after you've rebooted, you should see this confirmation window:

Iam really lost, my computer needs to work OPENGL 2.1 to edit 360 videos but i dont know where I can get it can you help me?

Your issue isn't related to this one at all.

Please start a new discussion in the appropriate PD forum (depending on which version you're using) and follow the steps shown here so we can see the details of your computer.
