I was not having any issues with PowerDVD 15 and flv files until about a month ago. No sound or video. How to relieve situation??

There has been so update to PowerDVD 15 for a while, so I doubt it is the software. There have been several Windows updates in the last month, so that is more likely the root cause. Maybe do a search on the Windows forums?

Also, PowerDVD only plays H.264 flv files from what I remember. So make sure they are using that codec.
