Get file not supported message when I try to play mp4 file

I have power dvd 19 ultra. I created an mp4 file in Premiere Pro cc 2020 but when I tried to play it in power dvd, I received a file not supported message. How can I play an mp4 file in power dvd?

Weird...I have no problem playing any MP4 file. Which exact CODEC did you use to render your file? Maybe consider sharing a small sample file on Dropbox or Google Drive so we can test.

Not at all. There is no CODEC information in that screenshot. If you don't want to share a sample video try using MediaInfo to find out and post the results.
