I'd say on the order of 2-7 days for a fairly canned initial response.

Cyberlink Support should really take care of this though. I am a town hall director who was ordered to give a pandemic presentation by Monday Noon.

What do you suggest if your store bought discs do not load on a very trusted PC and disk drive?

I guess I will repost this question under older Powerdirector problems and start from scratch I guess.
