Sound issues in playback

I just upgraded to PowerDVD 19 Ultra with current updates. When trying to playback my Battlestar Galactica Bluray I get static/crackling on the sound.

Any ideas on what might be causing this.

Using onboard motherboard Realtec audio with current WHQL drivers.

Turned off True Theater sound.....issues seem to be cleared up......

Set your audio to original 0% enhancement like in TV mode.
