Hello,
sorry for the stupid question

What do clip statuses mean?
-Shadow file: ready
-Shadow file: generating?
With the second status (yellow icon), the program does not reduce two clips using effects.

Shadow files are controlled in pref > General >" Enable HD video processing (shadow file)" Shadow files are lower resolution clips that make timeline playback more fluent, especially with added effects or transitions. The yellowish movie icon in the lower left corner appears while the lower resolution files are being generated. Once generated, the icon turns green.

Editing during the generation phase can be slow as some computer resources are dedicated to generating the files. Additionally, editing during the generation phase has caused editing anomalies for some users.

The green check mark in the upper right corner simply means the clip is used in the timeline.
