Unable to paste or type text on to DVD 19 forum

I have just posted a topic named Rip audio from an audio CD on the Power DVD 19 Forum but was unable to type or paste any text and had to attach the text as a jpeg image.What am I doing wrong here please

Hello,

We see you were able to type some text in that post. Not sure why that would happen, which browser are you using?

For pasting, use the Ctrl+V hotkey to paste copied text.

Thank you for the reply.For your info, I was getting a message that the page was not responding and to try again.This did not work.I use Firefox which I am using now.I was also using Ctrl+V.I have repeated the post in question as the pages are responding now.Thank you for your consideration.
