PD18 is supporting 1:1. good stuff.
2.39:1 is not natively supported but modifying the Profile.ini you can. reference these old posts Profile.ini - Full List of Parameters , Editing 21:9 2560x1080p , Pre Purchase Questions , etc.

Profile.ini is located user / AppData / Roaming / Cyberlink / PowerDirector / 10.0-14.0/ Profile.ini or
user/ AppData/ Roaming/ CyberLink/ PowerDirector/ 15.0-17.0/ UserConfigure/ Profile.ini

1.33x Anamorphic lens adapter for mobile phones was first introduced about 5 years ago. now there are several manufacturers selling the lens adapters in various configurations.

in the preview windows PD does not de-squeeze or decompress the 1.33x squeeze but the output is borderless de-squeezed decompressed 2.39:1 cinemascope aspect ratio resolution with one catch applied titles and effects are stretched 1.33x.

i've also successfully de-squeezed footages from the Panni GH5.

until CyberLink supports 21:9, 2.35:1, and or 2.39:1 Aspect Ratio Resolutions, I did it MyWay! ^^
