Item 2, might read this https://www.cyberlink.com/support/product-faq-content.do?id=24372&prodId=4&prodVerId=1417&CategoryId=-1&keyword=dolby

Item 3, you mean the attached pic? If so, you probably have other major symptoms too with this install on such platform.

JL_JL thanks for replying.
That's exactly it, I don't understand why it doesn't have Dolby Digital audio, it makes PD18 unusable for Windows7 users like me. XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4

It looks like that the Cyberlink Support point you to the same FAQ linked by Jeff earlier. As a Windows 7 user I believe that you may be better served with PD17. Others are getting a link to download the previous 365 version. See this thread with bluemovers: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/80277.page . You can ask for the same PD17 365 version too.

Thanks for the indication, less bad, Cyberlink provide download version PD17 / 365.
I had to restore the HD image.
Maybe I will upgrade to Windows 10 soon. XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4

Read CL FAQ carefully. If your desire is DD for DVD, you will not have that with WIN10 either, among other DD limitations relative to PD17.
