Chapter thumbnails low quality/pixelatted when creating custom DVD/Bluray templates

Hello,

Can someone tell me if it's possible to increase the thumbnail quality of chapter thumbnails when creating custom DVD/Bluray disc menus? Or is this not possible? The chapter thumbnails were set from high quality HD videos but they appear as low quality pixelatted thumbnails when rendering the final bluray ISO disc. I am using Powerdirector 17 ultimate.
