Cant use key frames in PD14

My computer came from the store with PD14 installed. I am trying to add keyframes to an image that I want to enlarge and move at the same time, but it wont let me add them. No matter where I click it doesn't work. Any ideas?

That probably says it all. Click PowerDirector in the upper right hand corner and verify your version. Since a preinstall, usually a limited version, probably HE3D or the like.
