PD 12 shuts down on it's own.

Full Feature Editor, Import Media Files, select a mp4 file (which I've done 100s of times) and receive the following note: "Selected file contains no RichVideo information to display scene information. Do you want to generate it now? It may take a few minutes to detect the scenes of the video."

Without doing anything, a new message shows up stating: PDR12.exe has stopped working. Please send us this error report to help us fix the problem andimprove this software.

I've imported about 200 of these files with no problems, now the software is shutting down on it's own.

Thanks for any input/ideas.

PD12 worked just fine for a long time. This would point to something that changed in your system like a windows or a recent driver update. You may want to restore your pc to a time you knew that PD12 was working fine. See this post: https://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/77463.page . You may need to use an older driver.
