I want to combine two photos into one. Either side by side or on top of each other. I keep searching for a collage effect in PhD 10 but can't seem to find it. I see references to a collage effect in PhD 9. Please advise. I'm a newbie.

Welcome to the PhD forum

PhD doesn't have a photo collage module, as such, but you'd be able to achieve what you want using Edit > Photo Composer or in the Layers Module.
