I'm not exactly sure what error you've noticed in Video Collage Designer.

Here, in DirectorSuite 365, VCD looks the same before & after applying the 2314 patch.

I must be missing something.

The Plug In, worked perfectly and from one day to the next the possibility of adding files disappeared.
I checked in PD16 works as it should.
I added PD16 image with highlight to what is missing in PD17 / 365 v2314.1 XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4
M.2 NVME 512Gb / 2-SSD Sata3 1TB
AMD RX570 / Display Philips 272V8
Windows 11_64Pro / PD22/365

That is strange. So the left import panel is missing completely after you apply the 2314 patch?

That did not happen here, & I have no idea what's happening there. Can't ebven think of a way to attempt to fix it. Sorry.

AVPlayVideo, your original post screen capture shows the "Video Collage Designer" wording in the center of the window frame so it's not truncated, but generated that size. I don't think this would have any effect in this case, but does the maximize corner change anything for you?

Mine appears normal with this patch.

Even with a new project that has an empty library and nothing on the timeline, I still show the Media tab:



Seems like you should uninstall PD17 and then install it again.

Today had update, was added Holiday pack 10.

Problem continues, then clicking on the border, expanded horizontally on one side and another, and nothing.

holding the left side edge, reduced the width to a point that appeared the average room. (Solved problem) XEON-E5-2680 v4 / Mem. 16GB DDR4

I'm glad AVPlayVideo's issue is resolved... but there's no way I can manipulate my screen to hide the media library in VCD. I cannot get my VCD screen to look like the original screenshot posted.

Well - I kinda found a way

The only thing out of the ordinary I did was create a shortcut to PD17 without going through CyberLink Application Manager,

undone after the error occurred.
