Downloads not coming into PD 15

Hello All,
I have downloaded titles from director zone but there are not seen in PD15, even though it says they are installed but i do not see them, and i have checked in everywhere. the only thing is there was a new update that i did and would that be the issue, so annoying
Can anyone give me advise please

Check that your current project aspect ratio is set to the same as your downloaded titles. Only ones that match will show up.
