Preview Window all green. Why

Greetings:

I am using PowerDirector 12 Ultimate. Using ".MP4" files from my phone or youtube capture.

The preview window does not show the image. It is totally green. The image is fine in the Library Window and Timeline preview player.

Can you tell me what is going wrong? It used to work fine before.

The phone and YT video that you obtain now may be at a higher resolution that you had before. Go to Preferences/Hardware acceleration and uncheck the box for Enable hardware decoding. That should fix it.
