Skipped Frames with update KB4100347 on Windows 10 & PowerDVD 17

WARNING:

If you have recently installed KB4100347 on Windows 10, this will cause frame skipping if you have Hardware Acceleration disabled on PowerDVD 14 & PowerDVD 17.

I have tested this while playing DVDs on both versions of the software.

A) Hardware Acceleration enabled & KB4100347 installed: No frame skipping
B) Hardware Acceleration disabled & KB4100347 installed: Frame skipping
C) Hardware Acceleration enabled & KB4100347 uninstalled: No frame skipping
D) Hardware Accelaration disabled & KB4100347 uninstalled: No frame skipping

Please, uninstall KB4100347 from Control Panel -> Programs and features -> View installed updates

Then, disable "Windows Update" on the Services List (services.msc).
