ColorDirector 5 - losing ability to apply LUT and other features

Two times in the past two months I have lost the ability to apply LUTs to a video in Color Director 5. The first time I jumped through support hoops with CyberLink only to have them suggest I download some files from a temporary FTP site that re-installed CD5.

That fixed the problem, for 2 months. Yesterday the problem popped up again.

Curious if anyone else has seen this issue.... I am working with support again, but I am expecting the same solution. I'm really not interested in re-installing software every few months.

No, never seen that issue.
