The Create Disc/Playback mode button opens a new window and allows you to change that from 18 seconds up to 99 seconds for the music duration for the root menu.

Are you referring to Magic Music? The tune titles written in white only preview for about 18 seconds, whereas the blue play longer as necessary. The difference between the blue and the whites titles is you have to purchase the white and the blue are free.

If that's not what you referrring to we will need more information as I could not replicate the problem in PD13 Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Finally I understood. Only on the Main Menu the duration can be set.
On the Titles Menu the music plays only for 18 seconds. A real bug.
Does this happen in version 16 too?

It sound like that you are using a still image for the background instead of a video clip which is allowed. The still image allows a time of 15 sec. on the chapters page. The time on the Titles/Chapter page can be changed by using a workaround. Simply make a video of the time duration you want for the background.
