Downloading templates from Director Zone

My HP laptop came with PowerDirector 14. I have been trying to download templates. They do download, but then when I double click them to install them I get an error message: The dowloaded title cannot be installed because some files are missing or the file is corrupted. Try downloading it again...
I did as the message said and I still get them message. I saw that someone else had the same problem and they uninstalled the software. I cannot since it was already installed.
I am running Windows 10

Welcome to the DirectorZone forum

You understand that a pre-installed version of PowerDirector is not a full version, yes? It's an OEM version, which will have some features disabled.

I have no experience of OEM versions, though it wouldn't seem to me that this is the cause of your problem.

Please try these:

Save the attached .dzp file, then double click it to install. Do you get the error?

Download & install this .dzp file. Do you get the error message?

I can confirm that both these PiP Object templates install correctly here, without error.
