Does PD have the option of burning to VCD?

Searched for VCD but nothing came up whether PD could do it?

If not, will Power DVD burn to VCD?

Cyberlink dropped VCD in PD15.

You can get a VCD in PD14, and prior, as well as PowerProducer 5 and 6.
