CL support, several posts have gone missing again tonight 11/15/2016 ~19:00-22:00 forum time.

This post http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/50214.page#264106 had a response after PIX Nov 15, 2016 18:58 which Jab73180 stated something to the effect [that no installer available and the trash was also emptied, what should I do next? ] but it's no longer posted, why?

Noticed several others tonight to. And then this post http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/50225.page#264107 that was moved from PhotoDirector forum to PowerDirector (previous versions) forum and now back in PhotoDirector forum which occurred at the same time as other above anomalies.

Multiple servers, sync issues or something?

Jeff

Hello Jeff,

Thanks for making us aware. We have passed on the issue of the missing post to RD for investigation. We'll also have them check for other server issues while they are at it.

Regarding the other post, it was moved because it is about PowerDirector 10 not PhotoDirector. It wasn't moved back to PhotoDirector as far as we know. We'll have RD look at it as well though.

Regards,

Admin

Yes, it was moved to PD10. However, as I indicated, it was moved, then appeared moved back after a web page refresh, then showed moved again. It almost appeared as if something was not in sync and oscillating between two different forum database states.

Also, please have a look at fixing this formatting post nonsense, http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/50282.page#264460 Will one eventually get a little one word sliver of text to read? The page takes forever to load as it appears the page script is running.

Thanks Jeff,

I've passed it on to RD. Seems like the "Reply" button is the root of a lot of these formatting issues.
