I uninstalled the suite (I purchased the ultimate suite), and reinstalled it, but still having the same problem. The other programs in the suite, like AudioDirector and ColorDirector, open just fine.
I was going to try System Restore, but unfortunately the only restore point I have was after the incident. I had run a cleaner, so I guess I deleted them?
I have been in contact with customer support. We went through the usual canned responses. Last try they provided new files for me to download and install, which I did, however I am having the same problem.
I suspect that I am not getting a clean uninstall to remove the corrupted component, but I don't know what to do about that short of a drive format. I saw some old threads about CyberLink providing a clean uninstall program, but I recall that was for PD9 (and customer support hasn't offered this as a solution)
I am running Windows 10, intel Core i7, 8 GB RAM. I am not a computer whiz, just know some basic stuff, so please draft any response accordingly. Any help is appreciated! I was halfway through a very time-consuming home movie project when this happened!
