Purchased PD14 Ultimate on Jan 1, 2016.

Still can't activate it - neter activation code but keep getting message saying "No connection with Internet".

This is nonsense and despite having emailed Cyberlink and received at least 5 support tickets NOTHJING HAS BEEN DONE to resolve this.

Any suggestions.

Has anyone else found Cyberlink's support absolutely appallling ?

Try:
1. Close CyberLink PowerDirector
2. Go to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"
3. Find the file "hosts"
4. cut the "hosts" file to somewhere else and try again.

If it doesn't work, follow the instruction on the following website to reset network adaptor.
