I successfully manually removed commercois from my .WTV file for my Windows 7 Media Center recordings and converted it to MP4 in the process.

Sadly it took 2.5 hours to do it, when it normall takes 30 minute (for a 30 minute TV show)

I assume it is because it is using my GTX 960 instead of my extrememly fast integrated Intel HD 4600 GPU(QuickSync).

Is there a way to get it to use my Quicksync instead?
