PD13 and latest ATI drivers

Any news for a PD13 patch to address driver issues? I do have an older HD7870 card but it's still supported with the latest 15.7.1 driver. Unfortunately, no hardware acceleration in PD13 when producing to MP4. Guess I'll have to stick with the year old drivers just to get PD13 to work like it should.
