SVRT not working in PD13 with XAVC S clips from Sony FDR-33 4K camcorder

I am attaching 5 clips from the above camcorder.

With PD12, everything works fine - PD12 "intelligent SVRT" is able to automatically create a custom profile for each of these clips, which I can then use to render successfully. See the content of the 5 corresponding profiles below.

The PD13 "intelligent SVRT" on the other hand cannot create a custom profile for any of these. Furthermore, if I use the profiles from PD12 in PD13, they don't work. I just copied over the entire Profile.ini to try.

FYI, that I have also gotten all 5 of these profiles to work in PD10 and PD11 - though I have to select each of them manually, and the "intelligent SVRT" in PD10/PD11 fails to automatically a new profile, or to select the correct profile, if it is already present in Profile.ini .

So, at this point, only PD13 is a real issue. I can't try PD14 since SVRT doesn't seem to work at all in the trial version.

Julien Pierre, for me Intelligent SVRT in PD14 was able to define a custom profile for each of the 5 clips and each clip when produced did in fact utilize SVRT. Resulting resolution, frame rate, frame type, and bitrate of produced clips very similar to each input clip.

Unknown if picture quality will hold up for a long duration clip. I saw nothing unusual in these produced clips.

Thank you very much for trying this, Jeff !

That is excellent news. If I decide to keep my FDR-AX33, then I will definitely upgrade to PD14.

I'm still evaluating this 4K camera. So far, I haven't really seen any noticeable improvement in picture quality vs my 7-year old Canon HG21 HD camcorder, when viewing the videos on my 2560x1600 monitor. Perhaps I need a 4K monitor to truly see it. I still need to play with the camera some more. I'm shooting only indoors and with a tripod - I may need the FDR-AX100, but the price is much higher, and there is still no 4k/60p on that model even at that price.
